The Problem

Employees needed one reliable mobile surface for attendance, KPI tracking, onboarding, profiles, and bilingual access while staying resilient when connectivity drops.

The Solution

I implemented feature-first Clean Architecture with BLoC and Dio, added offline-first data handling through local caching and retry queues, and kept Arabic/English localization with RTL support consistent across the product.

Key Outcomes

  • Launched on the App Store and Google Play in 10 weeks, then shipped 13 updates in 4 months. One-tap clock-in works even offline.
  • In daily use: ~100 employees a month in 4 countries log 1,600+ check-ins and 700+ KPI entries, at 100% crash-free.
  • Attendance records managers trust: correct hours for split and overnight shifts, auto-closed forgotten check-outs, live check-in alerts, and monthly summaries.
  • Marketing updates in minutes: admins change in-app banners from the dashboard with no app release.
